Ryan Karnoski, Social Worker

Ryan (he/him) is a clinical social worker (ASW, LCSW) from Seattle, Washington. He is currently a PhD student at UC Berkeley's School of Social Welfare. As T-Cal's social worker, Ryan aims to help T-Cal attendees create space to tackle the struggles and challenges of life as a transgender person while celebrating the joys, victories, and hope that are created and found in shared community spaces such as T-Cal. In the rare event that he is faced with "free time", Ryan enjoys passively watching baseball (while scrolling through Instagram), cooking, cats and dogs, and practicing his growth mindset (respectively).

Lindsey Chung, Publicity Manager

Lindsey (they/them) is originally from San Francisco, and she is a rising fourth year undergraduate studying Social Welfare and Statistics at Berkeley. If you see them around Berkeley or in virtual spaces, their hair might be a different color, but say hi!
